Berek P. Don

Berek P. Don passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026. Berek was born in Austria to Adam and Nora, who were Holocaust survivors. He immigrated to America as a child. Berek is predeceased by his parents. Survived by his wife, Mica and his children, James, Shayna, Alexandra, and Brittany and 3 grandchildren. Beloved brother of Elliot and sister-in-law Bertha Don. He is survived by his nephews and nieces. Berek was a lawyer until retirement. Berek was Bergen County Republican Chairman, Bergen County- County Counsel. He supported numerous charities. Berek held a big piece in so many people’s hearts. He will truly be missed.

Graveside service be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 1pm at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, 685 Fairview Ave, Fairview NJ. Arrangements were handled by Eden Memorial Chapel.
